Ghor University is one of the scientific and academic centers of the country that as scholars of science and knowledge plays a significant role in the welfare and comfort of human society and education of the younger generation and scientific cadres of the country. It also pursues the scientific, research and strategic goals of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and is committed to implementing all scientific, research and cultural programs of the Ministry of Higher Education of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Ghor University strives to provide quality higher education for all sections of society and will spare no effort in this regard. And also, considering its national and Islamic mission, to cultivate a conscious force for the growth, development and welfare of society, it strives to provide quality higher education
