Training workshop on "Strengthening Employees' Administrative Skills"

Today, Wednesday, 19 Dhul-Qa'dah 1447 AH, equal to 16 Thor 1405 AH,
In order to improve the professional capacities and improve the administrative skills of the employees, a training workshop entitled “Strengthening the Administrative Skills of the Employees” was held by the Directorate of the Professional Development Center of the academic staff members in coordination with the General Management of Personnel Affairs of Ghor University, with the participation of Mufti Abdul Khaleq, Deputy Academic and General Affairs of the Year. The conferences of this institution were held.
The program began with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran by Mufti Abdul Hamid "Hamasi", Director General of the Faculty of Computer Science.
Subsequently, Mr. Mufti Abdul Khaleq "Zahid", Deputy Minister of Scientific Affairs, while welcoming the participants, emphasized the importance of holding such training programs in improving administrative capacities and improving the implementation process and made valuable statements.
Then, the workshop was presented by Professor Mohammad Arif "Ehsas", Director of the Professional Development Center for Faculty Members. During his presentation, he covered important and practical topics including: management duties, work plan structure,
The principles of administrative correspondence were discussed in detail and practically.
Also, in order to strengthen the practical skills of the participants, group work was organized during the program, which was accompanied by the active participation of the participants and created an interactive and effective learning environment.
The workshop was held in a scientific and orderly atmosphere and was warmly welcomed by the participants.
At the end, the program ended with a wish for good luck and success for all university staff.
