A Scientific-Educational Workshop Titled “Principles and Methods of Writing Scientific Research Works, Authorship, and Translation” Held at Ghor University

Today, Wednesday, 3rd of Dhul-Hijjah 1447 AH, corresponding to 30 Sawr 1405 SH, a scientific-educational workshop titled “Principles and Methods of Writing Scientific Research Works, Authorship, and Translation in Accordance with the Guideline for Writing Scientific Works of Academic Cadre Members” was held by the Research Committee of the Faculty of Education at Ghor University, in coordination with the Directorate of Research and Scientific Journal, with the broad participation of professors and academic staff members, in the conference hall of the university.

The program commenced with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran by محترم پوهنمل Qari Mohammad Tayyib “Poya,” Director of Research and Scientific Journal. Subsequently, محترم Mufti Hamidullah “Azam,” Dean of the Faculty of Education, delivered his opening remarks regarding the importance and value of organizing such scientific and educational programs. He described research, authorship, and the standard writing of scientific works as valuable and influential factors in enhancing the academic level of lecturers and expanding academic activities.

Thereafter, Pohandoy Musa “Laili,” Head of the History Department of the Faculty of Education and presenter of the workshop, comprehensively explained topics related to the principles and methods of writing scientific research works, standard methods of authorship and translation, observance of academic principles in compiling scientific works, and the proper use of the guideline for writing scientific works of academic cadre members.

The participants of the program considered the organization of such scientific-educational workshops important and beneficial for improving the scientific and research capacities of academic staff members and emphasized the continuation of similar programs in the future.
