پروسهٔ ارزیابی کارکنان خدمات ملکی پوهنتون غور

امروز، سه‌شنبه مؤرخ ۱۶ رجب‌المرجب ۱۴۴۷ هـ.ق، برابر با ۱۶ جدی ۱۴۰۴ هـ.ش، پروسهٔ ارزیابی کارکنان خدمات ملکی پوهنتون غور از سوی مدیریت عمومی امور کارکنان این پوهنتون، با حضور هیئت ارزیابی‌کننده شامل: محترم مولوی شاه‌محمد "متوکل" رئیس اصلاحات اداری و خدمات ملکی، محترم استاد شعیب "خلیلی" کارشناس اصلاحات اداری، و محترم مولوی فضل‌الله "مولوی‌زاده" مدیر ارزیابی آمریت امور کارکنان مقام ولایت، برگزار گردید.

هدف از راه‌اندازی این پروسه، ارزیابی میزان اجراآت، سنجش شایستگی‌های مسلکی، ارتقای ظرفیت کاری، بهبود کیفیت خدمات اداری و تطبیق اصول اصلاحات اداری در چوکات خدمات ملکی می‌باشد.
در این پروسه، به تعداد (۱۴) تن از مدیران و کارکنان خدماتی نهاد تحصیلی غور مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.
