Meeting and speech of the head of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Herat University at Ghor Institute of Higher Education
In an atmosphere full of intimacy, scientific and spiritual, Ghor Institute of Higher Education today Saturday, 16 Muharram 1447 هـ ق hosted Sheikh Abdul Ghaffar "Abul Hikmat" Head of the Faculty of Law of Herat University.
The meeting was attended by Maulvi Mujibullah "Moqri", the head of Ghor Institute of Higher Education, deputies, heads of faculties, professors, staff and a large number of students in coordination with the Da'wat and Guidance Directorate.
At the beginning of the program, the program began with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran by Professor Mohammad Tayeb "Pouya" and then Sheikh Abdul Ghaffar "Hekmat" delivered his content-rich and motivational speeches on important and vital issues, which are summarized as follows:
* The purpose of human life: He introduced man as a purposeful and responsible creature before God and society with a clear and pleasant expression and emphasized that knowing the true purpose of life is the first step towards growth and perfection.
* The importance of science education: He called science education a religious duty and a serious need of the Islamic society, highlighting the role of science in the structure of civilization and the salvation of nations.
* Truth and truthfulness: Shaykh Hekmat emphasized the search for truth, stating that distinguishing truth from falsehood requires intellectual education, heart insight and commitment to human and Islamic principles.
* The necessity of familiarity with modern sciences: He pointed to the rapid global developments, emphasized the urgent need of Muslim youth to modern science, technology, medicine, engineering and social knowledge and considered it as a complement to religious sciences.
At the end, the distinguished guest, with effective and encouraging advice, called on the youth and students to strive, self-improvement, and commitment to religious and scientific values.
Finally, the scientific and spiritual ceremony ended with a prayer by Mufti Faiz Mohammad, the head of the Jihadi school in Ghor province.
