Seminar on exam anxiety, its causes and treatments

 The Psychological, Educational and Specialized Counseling Center of Ghor Institute of Higher Education, in coordination with the Student Cohesion and Services Management of the Institute, held a seminar entitled “Examination Anxiety, Causes and Treatments” in the conference hall of Ghor Institute of Higher Education with the participation of Professor Abdul Rauf Fai, Deputy Director of the Institute. Ghor Institute of Higher Education Student Affairs, Professor Juma Khan Pejman, Head of Education, Professor Mohammad Tayeb Pouya, Research Director of Scientific Journal, Professor Ghayas-ud-Din Esmatyar, Director of Psychology Department, Professor Amir Khan Dolatti, Professor of Psychology Department, Zia-ul-Haq Nabil, Director of Public Services and Students.
In this seminar, we will discuss why test anxiety. Factors that increase anxiety Ways to combat anxiety Examination, conclusions and discussions were held around the presentation of opinions, suggestions and analysis and consolidation of participants' opinions.
Finally, the program ended with a prayer by King Ahmad Sarm.
