Invitation to Bid, Two Projects (Basic Repair of Enclosure Wall and Agricultural Research Farm) Ghor Institute of Higher Education.
Invitation to Bid Numbers: MOHE/GHOR/1404/NCB/G06 and MOHE/GHOR/1404/NCB/G07
Ghor Institute of Higher Education invites all eligible candidates to apply for the following projects:
1) Perimeter wall major restoration project.
2) Agricultural Research Farm Overhaul Project.
The institute participated for the fiscal year 1404 and obtained a printed copy of the contract from the Procurement Department of Ghor Institute of Higher Education in exchange for payment of (500) Afghanis. {24 /4/1404} to the Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration of Ghor Institute of Higher Education. Late and online bids will not be accepted. 
Bid Guarantee in Cash/Bank Guarantee: (250,00) AFN will be charged from the Wall Project and (100,000) AFN from the Agricultural Research Farm Project. 
Note: The bid opening meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2014 at 10:00 am in the conference hall of Ghor Institute of Higher Education.
