Five-day Advanced University Leadership (AUL) Workshop held at Ghor University

Today, Monday, 14 Sha'ban 1447 AH, equal to 13 December 1404 AH, the Directorate of Professional Development Center of Academic Staff Members of Ghor University, in coordination with the Directorate of Professional Development of Academic Staff Members of the Department of Appointment and Promotion of Academic Officials and Professors of the Ministry of Higher Education, He held a five-day Advanced University Leadership (AUL) for the university's leadership, including heads of faculties, vice presidents, department heads and a number of administrators, in the conference hall of the institution.
The workshop was conducted by two experienced professors and master trainers of the university's Advanced Leadership Program, each:
▪︎Dear Professor Dr. Dolat Shah "Poish", Professor, Bamyan University;
▪︎Honorable Professor Mohammad Massoud "Niknam", Professor of Ghazni University, is presented.

The program began with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran by Professor Qari Mohammad Tayeb "Pouya", Director of Research and Scientific Journal of Ghor University.
Then, Mr. Mufti Abdul Khaleq "Zahid", Vice Chancellor of Scientific Affairs of the University, while welcoming the guests and participants, made valuable statements about the importance of this workshop and its role in improving the capacities of educational leadership.

Then, Professor Dr. Dolat Shah "Poish", Master Trainer of the University's Advanced Leadership Program, officially started the program and presented scientific and specialized content on topics such as the definition of education and knowledge, educational leadership theories and characteristics of effective leadership in higher education institutions.
The workshop will last for five days.
