Awareness seminar on "Guidelines for the Regulation of Duties and Obligations of Academic Staff Members"

Today, Monday, 26 Safar al-Muzaffar 1448 AH, equal to 19 August 1405 AH, an awareness seminar on "Guidelines for the Regulation of Duties and Obligations of Academic Staff Members" was held by the Directorate of the Professional Development Center of Academic Staff Members of Ghor University, in coordination with the Directorate of Academic Affairs for Faculty Members. This university was held.
The program began with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran by the candidate of Professor Mufti Nematullah "Badri" Professor of Islamic Sciences and Culture of the Faculty of Education. Then, Mr. Mufti Abdul Khaleq "Zahid", Vice Chancellor and Head of Ghor University, while welcoming the participants, made valuable statements about the duties and obligations of academic staff members in order to improve the quality of teaching, research and providing scientific services and emphasized the observance of scientific principles and responsibilities. They practiced.
Then, Professor Abdul Basir "Sultani", Head of the Faculty of Agriculture of Ghor University, as the presenter of the seminar, explained in detail the duties and obligations of the academic staff members and explained the issues related to the teaching, scientific, research and professional responsibilities of the academic staff members in a scientific and specialized manner.
Subsequently, Mr. Juma Khan "Mushtaq", Director of Faculty Affairs of Ghor University, provided necessary information about the method of evaluating the scientific activities of academic staff members and explained the criteria and methods of evaluating the scientific and professional activities of professors. He stressed the importance of regular evaluation of scientific activities in order to improve the quality of teaching, strengthen research activities and professional development of scientific staff members.
Finally, given the importance of the issues raised, participants raised their views and questions and provided necessary explanations on relevant issues.
