تفاهم‌نامه همکاری بین ریاست تعلیم و تربیه مؤسسه تحصیلات عالی غور و ریاست اطلاعات و فرهنگ، توسط پوهنمل استاد جمعه خان پژمان رئیس پوهنځی تعلیم و تربیه و محترم مولوی عبدالحی زعیم رئیس اطلاعات وفرهنگ با حضور داشت شیخ عبدالعلی لبیب رئیس مؤسسه تحصیلات عالی و مسئولین بخش‌های مختلف این دونهاد، به امضا رسید.

هدف از این تفاهم‌نامه، انجام راهنمایی و مشورت در مورد پژوهش آثار‌های تحقیقی در ساحات باستانی، هماهنگی متقابل در عرضه تحقیق و پژوهش و نشر اسناد تاریخی، شریک ساختن اندوخته‌های علمی و تجربی بین اساتید محققین این دو نهاد علمی بوده است.
