10th Graduation Ceremony of Ghor University Students
Today, Wednesday, 10 Rabi-ul-Awwal 1447 AH, equal to 12 September 1404 AH, the graduation ceremony of the tenth round of students of Ghor University was held with the presence of Alhaj Maulvi Mahbub-ul-Hamd, Deputy Governor of Ghor Province and other heads and representatives of the Emirate. of teachers and science enthusiasts in the central hall of the Ghor provincial governor's office was held with special pomp.
The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Professor Qari Mohammad Tayeb "Pouya". Then, Maulvi Mujibullah "Moghari", President of Ghor University, while welcoming the guests, emphasized the high position of educated students and their serious responsibilities in building the future of the country and considered the university as the center of thought production and training of faithful, committed and expert forces.
In his speech, Alhaj Maulvi Mahbub Ullah "Hamid" Deputy Governor of Ghor Province emphasized the value and sanctity of science and its role in the prosperity of human societies. The head of the intelligence department also pointed out the contribution of science in strengthening society and protecting religious and national values.
In the scientific section of the ceremony, Professor Maulvi Abdullah Sadiq, on behalf of the professors of Ghor University, presented a scientific discussion entitled “The Role of Universities in Implementing the Duty of Numbers” and explained the role of scientific centers in strengthening the intellectual and defensive foundation of the Islamic Ummah.
Then, the Ghor University students' anthem team performed a passionate naat, which gave a new spirit to the atmosphere of the ceremony. After that, Maulvi Najibullah Yousafi, on behalf of the parents of the students, thanked the university leadership and professors for their scientific and educational efforts.
Then, Professor Abdul Rauf "Fayyaz" Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, congratulated and praised the graduates and invited them to continue their efforts in the path of science and serve the society. Certificates of appreciation were then presented to the students.
It is worth mentioning that 300 students graduated from this round.
The ceremony ended with a prayer by Sheikh Mohammad Ayub Haqqani, the head of enjoining good and forbidding evil.
The graduation ceremony of the tenth round of students of Ghor University is a clear manifestation of the fruits of scientific and educational efforts of professors and students and a symbol of the firm determination of this scientific institution in order to raise a generation of conscious, committed and serving religion and country.
